Alexandra Taylor is a NASM certified personal trainer who specializes in pre and post natal training. She teaches vinyasa yoga, prenatal yoga, and is a RYT with the Yoga Alliance. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Alexandra knows the stress that can be brought about by city living. She believes that self care is of the utmost importance - taking the time to honor your body through strengthening and lengthening your muscles not only will help you see fast results, but will leave you feeling lighter, happier, and ready to take on anything life may bring you.
