We will start with a comprehensive assessment that measures a variety of factors, such as blood pressure, balance, strength, and mobility, so that we may guide you on your path to wellness.

In recent years, several studies have found evidence that exercise is the key to long-term management of most medical conditions. Most significant, the Quebec Task Force study  focuses on the necessary addition of exercise to enhance function after initial physical therapy or chiropractic care.

Medical Exercise Training is based on Functional Outcome Measures (FOMs), which is how our clients doctors measure “feeling better, having more energy and being in better health.”

Clients who come to Pongo Power for Medical Exercise Training report being in better health and their doctors routinely report improvement in those clients’ FOMs.

Pongo Power’s Medical Exercise Training is not designed to take the place of professional physical therapy or chiropractic services.
