MEDICAL EXERCISE

Medical Exercise Training is a way for clients with sub-acute medical conditions to exercise safely and effectively. Our Medical Exercise Specialists (MES) at Pongo Power develop conditioning programs for clients with sub-acute musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological and metabolic conditions. These clients will have already completed medical treatment and/or physical therapy. Improvement or restoration of function via education and exercise is the goal.
