  • I love the atmosphere at Pongo Power. There's lots of good energy and friendly support in a small setting that's never intimidating. My personal experience at Pongo Power has been very effective, because Gardy understands how all the muscles work together, and creates much more effective workouts.

    Alison patellar tendon rupture
  • I am convinced that without Pongo Power and Gardy, I would be a semi-invalid today. Many, many thanks for helping me get my life back.

Roger double knee replacement, back reconstruction
  • Karin's guidance has been invaluable! The strengthening work we did enabled me to sail through hip replacement surgery, and I could not have returned to full mobility without her wisdom, patience, encouragement, and knowledge of human anatomy.
