Through education and attention to detail, Desi promotes weight loss through strength and cardiovascular training. She has seen much success in keeping pre-natal clients fit throughout their pregnancies, and thereafter.
Desi enjoys tailoring her workouts to each client’s specific goals, while focusing her workouts on core strength. Postural correction is very important to Desi, as well. When applicable, she works speed, agility, and quickness training into her programs for fun!
