Kezia, a Trinidad native, has had a passion for health and wellness for as long as she can remember. Growing up very active in track and field, she has always found an interest in finding ways to improve her speed, strength, mobility and balance.
Through mind/body training, Kezia has spent the last five years learning how to bring awareness into her everyday life through movement, ( The Alexander Technique.) With the integration of her NASM personal trainer certificate, Kezia’s main focus is to help people feel empowered by learning more about their body through movement, while helping them correct imbalances in their kinetic chain.
