Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine
Being Canadian, naturally, Ryan grew up playing ice hockey, and has been exercising at a high level most of his life. The basis of his training was formed during his seventeen year ice hockey tenure, and now plays a primary role in his training approach.
Ryan is a firm believer in the science of systematic progressions and periodization. Through applying this practice, he utilizes science that ensures goals are met, and results are achieved.
