One person’s weight problem or food addiction can affect their punctuality, focus, efficiency and enthusiasm.

  • 90 day program
  • 12 weeks, 1 sessions per week, 60 min each
  • Optional RMR test for each client, 1 hour each

  • $4800 – no RMR, $5400 – with RMR

OPTION 2:
30-DAY KICKSTART

  • 30 day kickstart
  • 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week, 60 min each
  • Optional RMR test
  • 6-8 people
  • $3200 – no RMR, $3600 – with RMR

OPTION 3:
180-DAY 6-MONTH RE-HAUL

  • 180 days – 6-month re-haul
  • 24 week, 1 session per week, 60 min each
  • Option RMR test for each client
  • 6-8 people
  • $9600 – no RMR, $10,800 – with RMR

For individual programs, right now there is the 90 day once a week, or 90 twice a week options.
