Our at-home fitness assessment includes an online movement analysis and video conferencing goal-setting session. After reviewing your health history with a certified Pongo Power personal trainer, we’ll observe how you move. This allows us to assess which muscles are tight, and which muscles are weak. Then we can recommend the proper exercise for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
